Standard turns are flat. Ranch homes, large-group rentals, and venues are quoted from photos, because acreage and post-event scope change the job.

Confirmed before you pay full. The $25 hold reserves the slot; the balance is only due after photo proof. If no crew can reach you in time, the hold is refunded — out here, we'd rather tell you early.

The honest version: same-day dispatch is harder in the Hill Country than in central Austin, because crews are spread across a lot of miles. If you can send a turn a day or two ahead, it almost always gets covered.
