You send four things — area, bedroom count, checkout time, and when it needs to be guest-ready. We push that to vetted Austin-area cleaners who are open for your window. The first to confirm takes the job, and we send you the cleaner's name and arrival time before anything is locked.

Same-day turnover pricing
Flat prices for standard turns. Bigger or messier homes are quoted from photos first, so nobody starts work on a surprise. The rush fee only applies under 24 hours' notice.

Confirmed before you pay full. The $25 hold reserves your slot. The balance is only due after the turn is complete and photographed — if we can't cover your window, the hold is refunded.

How fast can you cover a same-day turnover in Austin? +
Send the job and we ping available cleaners by area immediately. Most same-day requests during business hours get a confirmed cleaner within 15 minutes. The earlier in the day you send it, the more crews are still open.
How much does a same-day turnover cost? +
A standard 1–2 bedroom turnover is $140 and a 3-bedroom home is $180. Anything under 24 hours' notice adds a $30 rush fee, because we're pulling a cleaner off their own schedule to cover you.
Do I pay before the cleaner shows up? +
No. A $25 hold reserves the dispatch slot. The balance is only charged after the turn is done and you've seen photo proof of the finished property.
What if no cleaner is available for my window? +
We tell you straight, fast — within the hour — and refund the $25 hold. You'd rather know at 9am that we can't cover 2pm than find out when your guest is at the door.
